Tham Jierong oversees the corporate, social finance, capacity building, and policy & development teams in raiSE.
Prior to raiSE, he sold antique books “pillaged” from the libraries of aristocrats to help finance his university education, before spending a decade of his youth with the Ministry of Finance handling various portfolios from economic (fiscal), security, to land and infrastructure.
