Subashini Balakrishnan leads the development and implementation of marketing strategies to build brand awareness, raise thought leadership and advocate for philanthropic support. With more than 12 years of professional experience in enterprise development roles with a key focus on digital marketing and public communications, Subashini joined raiSE as she wanted to tap on her expertise to contribute to the social enterprise eco-system in a purposeful way.

Harnessing on her experience of having founded a fashion atelier in Singapore, Subashini’s core competencies include integrated communications strategy, brand development, public relations and enterprise development.

Subashini has a keen eye for aesthetics and is passionate about building narratives around raiSE’s key brand messages. Subashini graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.
